Does anyone know if this site is safe to download from DeskPins? 3

I'm trying to install a program that allows me to pin a window on top of everything else because Microsoft is still a kid and doesn't have that functionality yet. Of course, I don't want to install too many viruses with it. Do you know if this site is secure? Or, if there are others, do you believe they are safe?
This is a developer's website. It is usually best to download from a developer's or vendor's website.
But any software downloaded from anywhere should always be downloaded to the desktop, checked with your anti-virus (and if you have anti-spyware) software, and then installed. ۔
