Sorry, but there are no such places. I think this is a TV from a few years ago. The only mental health facility in Rockford is the H Douglas Singer Mental Health Center, which opened in 1966 and is still open.

Yes there is. Built in 1953, Roosevelt Asylum was originally built as a center for tuberculosis, but gradually became a center for the mentally handicapped and the insane. His most famous story dates back to the 1950's, when Dr. Sanford Elliott, himself Dr. James Elliott, took charge of S and underwent covert surgery to find a cure for dementia. (He is thought to have developed the idea after visiting Kelly's former Vanana Kit Sanitarium.) Doctors and nurses later reported that Elliott was trying to relieve stress caused by mental instability. He had drilled a hole in the patient's head with his relatives. In the bizarre events reflected in the Vannacutt Sanatorium, a number of sympathetic patients are released, leading to a mutiny that results in the patients becoming extremely violent and insane. It took state and local police 38 hours to seize the area, leaving more than 52 patients and about 30 seriously injured. Nothing found. In 1972, one disc took part in the South Wing, and the rest was accidentally burned at Station N. 11 and 18 in September 2010 as part of combat exercises at the Rockford Department. The wreckage was destroyed in October to prevent further attacks by young people, but no false or misleading discoveries were made. The area is now part of a planned relief development.
