We've been here for Dreamcast 2 for at least 3 years. In 2007, a Sega representative stated that while Sega was eager to see Dreamcast 2, they had no plans to make it.

I highly doubt that Sega will launch a new system. This will break your current business model. Sony and Nintendo do not allow users to post games on their systems. Anything is possible in the world of console gaming.
