According to the Urban Dictionary, the phrase is widely used in Arnold's jokes, which can be quite funny. The essence of the term father is usually an expression of personal superiority or victory over others.
I have to admit, this is not the line we remember the most from the movie. What we remember is the repeated testimony of the child during childbirth / singing. I will not repeat it here because we knew we were going to read it.

What my father is and what he does is a retiree who recently graduated from eighth grade at the age of 82 and published his first peer review in cosmology. Other careers include chemical research, middle management (including regular presidents of daco motorcycles), vice presidents of large corporations, industry historians, university professors, EPA consultants and risk managers. Wow, I forgot about statistics.
Unlike this kindergartener, he is not a gynecologist.
Kindergarten police, good movie :) You have to choose what the kids collect if you repeat later (our mom says our dad is mom) or their understanding of different professions (do we have this detail? Can you forget about kids, logo, what's yours? Dad is doing gynecologist? That's weird!) Anyway, my dad is an electrical engineer, he designs motherboards for HP :)
